Noella Moshi

Engagement Director

Noella brings a background in strategy and program design to her role as Director of Engagements. Born in Tanzania and having lived in eight countries, she brings a global perspective to her career in workforce development, including roles as an executive director and head of programs across multiple countries.

She holds a Masters degree in Clinical Science & Immunology from the University of Cape Town and has completed a course in exponential fundraising at the Harvard Kennedy School. Noella speaks English and Swahili, and serves on several boards she cares deeply about, including for West Africa Vocational Education (WAVE) and the Livelihood Impact Fund (LIF).

When she’s not working, you’ll find Noella playing with her toddler, going for head-clearing runs, or buried in a good novel.
