From Host to Fellow:
Tech Foundry Goes Global

Big news. Tech Foundry's own Keshia Maxwell has been selected as a U.S. Fellow through the U.S. Department of State's Professional Fellows Program (PFP) — and we couldn't be more proud.

For the past three years, Tech Foundry has proudly served as a host organization for the Professional Fellows Program — welcoming mid-level emerging leaders from Central America and Mexico for intensive, individually tailored fellowship experiences right here in Western Massachusetts. Now, for the first time, one of our own is heading out into the world to share and exchange ideas.

Keshia traveled to San Pedro Sula, Honduras from February 21 through March 1, hosted by Marlon Caballero — a former PFP Fellow who spent time with us right here at Tech Foundry. Together, they explored cross-cultural approaches to workforce development, economic mobility, and the kind of community-first work that defines everything we do.

What follows is a photo journey from the field — the people Keshia met, the programs she visited, and the moments that reminded us why this work matters, no matter what side of the border you're on.
