On October 16, 2026, Governor Maura Healey announced $6 million in Community Workforce Partnerships grants for 34 projects in 17 Massachusetts communities. The Executive Office of Economic Development runs the program, which pairs job training with support for barriers like child care, transportation and housing.
Tech Foundry received $200,000 for its Partnership for Economic Mobility in Springfield. The program will give 22 Tech Foundry Springfield students, all over 18, coaching, case management and access to support services. Students will also get job placement help and employer connections through regional partners.
The grant supports the same goal behind every Tech Foundry program: help people finish their training and move into stable, better-paying careers.
