Dr. Quiana S. Campbell

Business and Data Analyst Manager

Dr. Campbell was born and raised in Georgetown, South Carolina. After graduating high school, she enlisted in the United States Air Force, serving for 7 ½ years. During her service, she was introduced to the IT field working the helpdesk, network/active directory administrator, and hands-on repairs. After leaving the military, she settled in Springfield, Massachusetts, where she continued her IT career. Most of her experience has been in the Secondary and Higher Education field, performing tasks such as helpdesk support, repairs, account management, and teaching. Quiana spent eight years as the ImageNow, SharePoint, and Dynamic Forms administrator at Springfield Technical Community College. She also served as a consultant to different industries helping automate/improve business processes. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, a Master of Science in Information Systems Management, a Doctorate of Business Administration and Strategic Management, and a DocuWare System Consultant (DSC) certification.
