If you’re a Tech Launch alum (cohorts 2022-2029), you can earn bonuses by sharing information about career milestones and responding to surveys.

Career and survey milestone bonus program for Spring ’22-Spring ’29 Cohorts
Bonuses are available for milestones starting in 2026, ranging from $50-$100.
Earn bonuses just for updating Tech Foundry staff about CompTIA certifications, job starts and retention, survey responses and promotions!
Alumni do not need to achieve any status or standing to be eligible. We just want to hear from you!
Bonus program window
Program runs 2026–2029.
All bonus requests and documentation must be submitted by December 1, 2029.
Bonuses will be paid via direct deposit or physical gift card within 1 month of request and/or survey completion. If you need assistance with a bank account, please email us at help@thetechfoundry.org.
