If you’re a Tech Launch alum (Cohorts 2022-2029), you can earn bonuses by sharing information about career milestones and responding to surveys.

Career and survey milestone bonus program for Spring ’22-Spring ’29 Cohorts

  • Bonuses are available for milestones starting in 2026, ranging from $50-$100.

  • Earn bonuses just for updating Tech Foundry staff about CompTIA certifications, job starts and retention, survey responses and promotions!

  • Alumni do not need to achieve any status or standing to be eligible. We just want to hear from you!

Bonus program window

  • Program runs 2026–2029.

  • All bonus requests and documentation must be submitted by December 1, 2029.

  • Bonuses will be paid via direct deposit or physical gift card within 1 month of request and/or survey completion. If you need assistance with a bank account, please email us at help@thetechfoundry.org.

  • You must choose one payment method. It is not possible to switch back and forth.

  • Gift cards expire 6 months after they are issued.

  • Any income over $2,000/year is taxable, and you will receive a 1099 from Tech Foundry if you earn more than $2,000.
