Digital Fellow

Cynthia Hester is a Digital Fellow at Tech Foundry’s Tech Hub, where she provides help-desk support and leads digital-literacy workshops for community members. A 2026 Tech Launch alum and holder of the Google IT support Professional Certificate, she brings a people-first approach to helping individuals navigate everyday technology with greater confidence.

She is passionate about helping people feel comfortable, capable and supported as they build their digital skills. With patience, empathy, and a willingness to meet people where they are, she creates a welcoming space where questions are encouraged, learning feels approachable, and community members can build confidence at their own pace.
