Helen believes that growth begins with strong relationships. Over the past decade, she has served as a teacher, operational leader, and Dean, helping students, educators, and organizations reach their full potential. Her work is grounded in the belief that when people feel supported, challenged, and connected, extraordinary things can happen.

As a Bucknell University graduate, she made Western Massachusetts her home after relocating for a teaching opportunity. When she's not working, you'll find her hiking, gardening, crafting, or working toward her lifelong dream of becoming a homesteader alongside her husband and goldendoodle, Bowie!
