Chess, Debate & the Mindset Behind Aidan's Tech Foundry Journey

Off the field, there was chess. And debate. In debate, Aidan learned that most hard things live in a gray area — and that finding it is how you help people rather than argue past them. Chess taught him something different: that patience isn't the same as waiting. It's planning. That instinct runs through everything he does at Tech Bridge, including how he thinks about where he's going. Aidan wants to work in real estate and help build the community he grew up in. The IT fundamentals, the professional skills, the problem-solving he's building here — they're what make that possible.
