Madina Ly is a graduate of the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. She began her career supporting the FAA FTI Program contract, gaining early experience in a structured, technology-driven environment. After stepping away to focus on her health and family, she made a purposeful return to the workforce with renewed perspective and determination.

She completed the Tech Foundry Tech Launch Program in Fall 2025 and participated in an internship with Travelers in Hartford, further strengthening her practical experience in a professional setting. Madina now serves as Office Manager, bringing strong organizational and data management expertise to her role. She is committed to supporting efficient operations and contributing to meaningful community impact through her work.
