Your Financial Support is Vital to Our Success
As a non-profit organization, Tech Foundry relies on the generosity of the community to provide the successful IT workforce training that we are now known for. The generosity of others takes the form of many shapes and sizes.
May 2nd, 2017: We’re participating in Valley Gives day, this is one of the biggest fundraising days for the region’s charitable organizations. Donations will be accepted through the Valley Gives portal, and you’ll be able to register your contribution as early as April 25th.
And as important as each type of support is, there is none more vital than financial support.
In addition to government funding through grants, Tech Foundry receives funding from private foundations, companies and the philanthropy of individuals. And yes, we have to continuously ask for support from foundations, companies, and individuals to continue to be able to provide a free IT training program.
Financial support allows us to enhance our program, maximize our potential, and truly transform lives across the Pioneer Valley as well as the economic and jobs landscape in greater Springfield. Financial support makes a huge difference and it is noticed and appreciated not just at Tech Foundry but across the region by our myriad of friends and stakeholders.
Among the growth strategies and impactful actions that financial support helps us achieve include:
- Enhancement of the Tech Foundry website to best demonstrate our successes
- Providing of free meals and the ability to cover other student costs such as parking and transportation – assistance that makes Tech Foundry a truly transformative experience for students and employer partners
- Expanding the number of students we serve and the demographics we reach
- Continuing to train students with skills sought by area employers and expand the economic engine of our region
Although we continue to develop critical relationships that help us diversify our funding streams, we are still very dependent on the continued support of foundations, corporations and individuals. Therefore, we respectfully ask that you consider supporting Tech Foundry with a financial contribution. Only through the generosity of others can Tech Foundry continue to provide a free IT workforce training program to area students.
